Opened in December of 2000 as Mirabelle French Cuisine, Mirabelle has a decade-and-a-half history of bringing fine French cuisine to the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Rebooted in December of 2014, Mirabelle at Lake Tahoe builds on this rich history and tradition to continue to offer the South Shore of Lake Tahoe the best in fine French cuisine, service and hospitality.
For the first time Mirabelle at Lake Tahoe will be opening for Lunch Service at the beginning of June, 2015. They will be offering a lighter fare than at dinner, but with the same attention to service and quality food as at dinner. The style of service and food will be closer to that of a French Bistro, more relaxed atmosphere, lighter and more simple foods that pair with more approachable and lighter wines. The lunch menu will include offerings such as a salad of local apricots and fresh almonds with a champagne vinaigrette, steamed mussels in a white wine broth accompanied by bread made at the restaurant, a daily quiche and fruit tarts for dessert. Certain items will be offered on a separate to-go menu that would be perfect for picnicking by the lake.
Dinner continues as normal, Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 5:30pm. Respecting the changing seasons, there are a number of new menu items as well as some seasonally updated favorites. As many as possible of the vegetables and fruit used in the kitchen are sourced from local farmers through the local farmers markets. Because of this, Mirabelle at Lake Tahoe can offer its guests the freshest produce available, some of it available only for a short period of time. Kenneth Druley, Chef/Owner and Kathleen
Pressey, Maitre-de/Owner invite you to visit Mirabelle at Lake Tahoe for lunch or dinner.
